Commencing in 1875, the Stanthorpe Show is one of the oldest established agricultural shows in Queensland.

Popular events and attractions at the 2014 Stanthorpe Show will include a fireworks spectacular, grand parade, wool pavilion, horse and ring events, cattle judging and sale, cookery, senior and junior art competitions, side show alley, fashion parades, environment pavilion and wood chop, chainsaw and shearing competitions. On both days of the Show the wine pavilion serves up burgers and italian pasta, washed down with local wines and the Ringmasters Café at the exhibition centre will be serving great, healthy food from breakfast until late. Live entertainment is available at the main bar and wine pavilion on Friday nights. A supervised youth space for under 18’s is also planned.
